The Haybarn

This cottage has a huge sit-in fireplace with a glass-fronted, log-burning stove. The open-plan lounge, the well-equipped farmhouse-style kitchen and the dining area have a wealth of exposed beams and stonework. The raised conservatory with views across the Eden Valley to the Lake District Fells opens onto a south-facing patio and to the communal gardens beyond. Upstairs there is a minstrels' gallery with a single sofa bed and three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed and en-suite facilities with shower over bath. The second bedroom has twin beds (which if requested zip together to make a King-size bed) and the third bedroom has twin beds. The family bathroom is shared between bedrooms 2 and 3 with a shower over bath.
